Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I reset my laptop and there is No wireless drive. It’s on on device manager or anything and I can’t figure hour to get it back. I have read and tried everything.

One thing you did not try to tell us: what is your machine ? We can't look over billions machines to find out. Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:
