Hi!
In the middle of working from home my laptop started disconnecting and reconnecting to my wifi every 20 seconds. Since my company primarily uses Google workspace that was a problem. So I did the only step I knew what to do: turn it off, turn it back on and pray.
Sadly, when I turned it back on it showed no wifi options detected. My wifi is working and I even turned on my mobile hotspot but it will not detect any wifi at all. It did just update during its last use (about 4 days prior to the issue) and is now no holding a battery charge at all either.
I know my laptop is older but I’m hopping it’s a solvable issue an not the beginning of its demise since all I really use it for is to access chrome and occasionally Microsoft office to work when out of the office.
That being said my skills are limited in actual troubleshooting issues like this so thank you for any assistance you can provide.
Thanks!
