@Ro136, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding laptop's WiFi connection!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Here are some potential steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the WiFi Switch or Function Key: Some laptops have a physical switch or a specific function key that enables or disables WiFi. Make sure that it's turned on. Look for a button or switch with a wireless symbol or try pressing Fn along with the corresponding function key (like F2 or F3).

Check Network Adapters: Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center, and click on Change adapter settings. Ensure that the WiFi adapter is enabled. If it's disabled, right-click and choose enable.

Update Drivers: Ensure all network drivers are up to date. Open Device Manager and click on Network adapters to see if there are any errors. Right-click on the wireless adapter to update the driver.

Restart Your System: Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues. Restart your computer and see if the WiFi options appear.

Check WiFi Settings: Make sure WiFi is turned on in your device settings. You can usually find these settings in the taskbar or in the Settings menu under Network & Internet.

Run Windows Troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter for resolving network issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Internet Connections.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
