Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello, I do not have access to wireless networks on my device anymore. It is an HP Pavillion 360 and running on Windows 8.1. I have tried troubleshooting as well as manually installing wireless devices. I have also downloaded and installed Intel Proset Wireless as well to no avail. I have no access or options from what I've found that would offer me the option of connecting to wireless networks as well as restoring the option. What else could I do to regain access to my wireless networks?
