Product: HP 15-f2000 Laptop PC series (277G5AV)

Can’t get internet connection  for laptop though working for I pad it’s a new laptop and can’t get emails  either Can anyone help ? Could do with a telephone number though guess I’ll have to wait until tomorrow for help! 
I thought I was literate but guess my age (84) is against me!

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update BIOS, pending drivers in HP Support Assistant and let me know if that fixes the issue.
