Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cannot connect to the internet through Wi-Fi, like it’s not even an option on my laptop any longer. No idea what’s happened and I can’t really find a solution on the internet to fix it

I'm having the exact same problem. I realized that this started happening once I updated to OS Windows 11 which has been for 10 months now - my laptop randomly loses the capability to connect to networks. A relative has fixed it for me a couple of times, but now it's not working again. It seems as if there is no compatible driver for Windows 11 on this laptop and I can't download anything from online since I have no internet access. I've followed the instructions in a couple of other community posts and YouTube videos and it is not solving this problem. Please help!
