Hello,

 

I am an IT support level 1. I pass every pc from Win 7 or 8.1 to Win 10.

 

We have 2 HP Spectre PRo X360 G1. After passing each one from 8.1 to 10, the wifi does not work anymore. Sometimes we can see the networks but we can not connect. It works a bit with the shared wifi of the Iphone but not a long time.

 

I already try everything I found on internet but without success. 

I tried a wifi key but it does not work

I tried a USB/RJ45 adaptator for the local network but the pc does not recognize the adaptator.

 

Do you have a solution ?
