My computer will not fins any networkcard on USB-C dock. The lights on the ethernetcontact is green but my computer cant find the card.

The computer is an Elitebook x360 1020 G2. Im not sure but i have problem  with PCI to PCI Bridge in the Device Manager. Guess that can have something to do with it.

The dock uses network card from your machine. Please download and install the following software

       https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99501-100000/sp99654.exe

Hope this helps

Note: Are you okay with Sound/Audio ? If NOT, you need following software

            https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95501-96000/sp95808.exe

Regards.
