HP Recommended

Under the network and internet page in settings, I’m only given the options for airplane mode and  Bluetooth connection nothing for wireless connections pops up. Ran a diagnostic and seems like the Ethernet driver is gone. Not sure how or why it would randomly delete its self but if that’s the case what are the steps to get the drivers out back on

 I’ve also gone throught the device manager and made sure. the drivers were up to date and  had the computer run for changes  made but to no
