Product: HP Chromebook X360 14B - CA0500ND
Operating System: Chrome OS

After a factory reset and a powerwash, the laptop starts up, at a certain point you have to enter the WiFi network, I have two networks, I tried them both, after you enter the password, there is in green standing Connected, then it will begin to update and after a few minutes it says: Network not available, under the relevant network it says Connected in green. The network is functioning, I check this with my mobile phone. I get the same notifications on both networks. I did a couple of times the factory reset. Any suggestions, thanks in advance  Hans from the Netherlands
