HP Omen 2022
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I have the following problem:
I recently bought an Omen 16.1 with Ryzen 6800h and a Radeon 6650m.

So far I have not had any problems either.
Now I started the laptop yesterday evening and wanted to go on the Internet.
However, I now have the problem that the taskbar shows that there is a connection to the network, but when I try to open a website, the page takes forever to load.
When I used the laptop last Thursday, everything still went without problems.
Other devices on the same network have no problem with the Internet.
I have now tried several things:
- Network adapter disabled / enabled
- Network adapter updated
- Network adapter deleted and reinstalled
- Completely reset the network settings in Windows
- Disabled the windws firewall
- Deleted all four programs
- Completely reinstalled Windows 11 on the laptop

Unfortunately nothing has helped so far.
If Lan works I can not try, because there is no Lan cable.
But I plugged my cell phone with USB tethering to the laptop and it works without problems.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what I can do.

Here are a few pictures for your information:

Maybe someone knows the problem and can help.

I thank you in advance for your answers / ideas.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if updating the wifi driver to the latest version resolves the problem.
