The wireless adapter is absent from network adapters. I have just bought this laptop. During the configuration it didn' t find any networks, so I ' ve tried to turn it off and on again, but nothing changed. I checked on network adapters and there it wasn' t any wifi/wireless/802.xx adapter.
What should I do?

Hi@Lilfox89,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP Notebook wireless adapter is not getting detected.
I have a few recommendations
- Restart the PC once and check if it works.
- Try doing System Restore if it had worked few days ago.
- Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM or download it from a USB.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- You can do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
