HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g199cy (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is old, and can only connect to 2.4Ghz wifi from what I understand. But my wifi is dual-band, so I should be able to connect to the 2.4Ghz part, or so I've been told. But I'm not able to actually see either of these wifi connections. My router is "BGW320-500" from at&t, I hope there is a fix for this.

You have to ask AT&T how to allow your router to broadcast DUAL bands.

The series has dual bands option: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 Combo Adapter (non vPRO) part # 784644-005 but you need one more antenna. Please try the following card
