Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ds1063cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello - Everything was working fine till 1st September 2023 but now my laptop is not connecting to WIFI internet. When I use ethernet cable it works fine. When I go to device manager, it shows device Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 not working in network adapter. I tried to update driver, uninstall/install device, network reset, ran troubleshooter. Nothing worked. Finally, I reset my PC and still see same issue. is this hardware failure? Do I need to replace Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200? can we replace Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 into HP laptop? does Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 have external warranty from Intel? any other solution?
