Product: HP 240 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Not able to connect to wireless internet at home. But able to connect mobile hotspot. I am able to connect home wireless internet in my mobile but in my laptop I am not able to see my wireless internet. I am able to see other nearby wi-fi in the wireless network connection except my home wi-fi.

Probably your machine supports 2.4GHz networks  only. Please allow your home access point (router) to broadcast dual bands (2.4GH and 5.0 GHz.

Hi, already broadcast is enabled for both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz even then I am not able to connect to home wi-fi network. As a trial and error I just rebooted the device by logging in to the router through browser and checked if it works or not. Unexpectedly it worked I am able to connect to home wi-fi network. Thanks for your help.

Hi yesterday I am able to connect to home wi-fi network. But I don't know why again I am not able to connect to home wi-fi network. I again verified whether broadcasts 2.4Ghz and 5.0 GHz are enable or not. both are enabled. I rebooted the device and checked whether I can connect to home wi-fi network or not. My ad luck I am not able to connect. Please suggest any other solution.
