@Fafa3 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that Wifi connectivity is not working.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

This model does not tested for Windows 10 operating system.  Please refer to the following link

There are no specific drivers for Windows 10 operating system.

If you do not see the version of your operating system (OS) listed, HP does not have any downloadable software or drivers for your product.

Many issues can be resolved by ensuring that you have both the latest OS version supported for your HP product and the latest HP driver updates. HP recommends that you install all updates from your OS vendor.

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
