Hi, @Koasta
Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.
HP Notebook - 15-f233wm (ENERGY STAR) Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
It does not come with built in Bluetooth networking or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wireless Connectivity specification.
Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook:
Your notebook comes with the Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bg/n 1x1 WiFi adapter, which is a single band, non-Bluetooth adapter.
Here are the specs for that model Wi-Fi adapter.
You have two options to add Bluetooth networking to your notebook:
Purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
Replace the RTL8188EE Wi-Fi adapter with this model which comes with Bluetooth.
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter HP Part #753077-001
You can find the above model card on eBay. Search by the HP part number, not the model of the Wi-Fi card.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.
