My HP Deskjet 3755 has a amber light over the circle icon for connectivity. It will not print items I have requested but does print a test page

I understand that the web service icon is blinking amber, I am glad to assist you.

• This error occurs when a Web Services print job is blocked, or when HP Instant Ink is cancelled and a software message has not been acknowledged.
• If both the Web Services light and the HP Instant Ink icon blink and the HP Instant Ink Service has been recently cancelled, press the Information button twice to resume printing.
• If only the Web Services light blinks, an HP ePrint email print job has been blocked.
