Hello, my name is Esteban.

The problem is that my other laptop (HP Pavilion) is able to recognize other wifi networks that the ZBOOK can't, unless I am next to the router. (After it connects the connection is stable but sometimes the download speed drops when using Steam to download games or it disconnects)

I updated the drivers using Intel Driver Support Assistant Tool and HP Support Assistant tool.

Network adapters - Inter(R) Wireless-AC 9560Network adapters - Inter(R) Wireless-AC 9560Also checked the hardware using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Hardware testHardware testAnd followed the steps mentioned in ZBook manual and in the Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 10) document where I couldn't disable the Congestion Control Provider in step 7 and stopped at step 8. Finally, I also tried reinstalling Windows 10 Pro. I have been thinking if I need to buy a External Adapter

I would appreciate anyone that can help me with this 🙂

Thanks for that wonderful diagram, but it didn't solve the problem 😕
Changed the channel width to 20 MHz only for 2.4 GHz and also changed some settings following Advanced Intel® Wireless Adapter Settings support article without avail.

Hi

So you have a 'range' problem.

Is your device on the 2.4 Ghz frequency?

Is the other device on the 5.0 Ghz frequency?

I saw that the bluetooth was 'on' and when I disabled it,  I finally could see all the other nearby networks. So it looks like it is a problem with the bluetooth adapter and the network adapter working together.
