Oculus Quest 2 Link Cable and Omen 15 (3060+5800H)

Hey all, Just taking a shot in the dark and asking anyone who owns an Omen 15 (2021) with a 3000 series and Amd Cpu along with a Quest 2 Vr headset if they are having any issues connecting via Link Cable and, if so, how long has it been happening.

I havent had any issues and tried to connect my Quest 2 to my omen via cable but even though Quest recognizes that there is a connection, upon trying to connect it loads for a little bit and then takes me back to the original Quest 2 home page.

I just cant seem to make the connection over....Ive tried 2 different cables with no luck (both worked previously with no issues).

There was a Quest 2 update about a week or so ago so I am wondering if the new update is the cause or if its on the Hp omen side of things...or amd...or nvidia lol

Far too many things it could be so I figured it cant hurt to ask if anyone else has any insight....

P.S. Air Link is unsuccessful also.

Did you use the following Guide

which does not say anything called Link cable.
