OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013ax
Microsoft Windows 11

I have omen 15 laptop ryzen version with "realtek rtl8822ce 802.11ac" adapter, and it listed on my network properties also on the board it self, but i always connect with wifi 4 protocol 2.4ghz/5ghz, my router broadcast ssid are wifi 5 5ghz. I tried to replace my driver with many version in last 3 month, but still iam stuck at wifi 4. On my network adapter configuration there is no ac option only 802.11 b/g/n no matter what driver version i use. I read all the discussion on this and another forum, nothing work. So any other solution?

How about if i upgrade my wifi card? Does it support intel ax201 wifi card? Or any compatible wifi card for my laptop with higher specs than my original wifi card?

Please help me, i tried anything for the last 3 month.

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that the Intel AX200 was also offered in the model series.

HP doesn't list the part number in chapter 3 of the manual, and it doesn't even have a procedure to remove or replace the Wi-Fi adapter.

I recommend that you open up the notebook and see if the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter is removable.

If the Wi-Fi card is removable, this is the part number for the Intel AX200 that would have been used in your notebook:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro    HP part #L35282-005

Its removable, because i open the back case a couple times for cleaning the dust, and check if the wifi card antenna installed properly. Is it any chance to fix the wifi card to work as it should be ( connect to wifi 5 protocol)? Or if i want to upgrade is it possible to upgrade it to wifi 6e intel ax210 instead?

I don't see antenna wires in your screenshot.  The RTL8822CE should have two.

This is the latest Wi-Fi driver HP has for the RTL8822CE:

The Intel AX200 will need two antenna wires in order for the Bluetooth to work.

The Intel AX210 will not work.

The antenna is covered with heat pipes and duct tape, there are two antenna cables attached to the WiFi card. I will try to update the driver with link you provided, if it still doesn't work, the last resort is to buy a new module  you provide, and let you know. Thank You

One more thing, how about buying wifi 6 usb adapter? which one better, upgrade wifi 6 module/card or buy wifi 6 usb adapter.?

You're very welcome.

Since the Intel AX200 card I posted is supported, I would opt for that first unless you don't want to take the risk of breaking the Wi-Fi antenna wires.

Here is a related video for how to typically remove and replace the M.2 Wi-Fi adapter:

You're very welcome.

Please post back and let us know how your notebook's Wi-Fi card upgrade project went.

Before installing the Intel card, uninstall the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter and driver in the device manager and do the same for the Realtek Bluetooth device and driver.

Shut down the PC, remove the battery and install the Intel card.

Windows should install the drivers automatically and then you can go to the Intel website and download and install the latest drivers for the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
