Pavillion x360 14-cd1055cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For several months I have not been able to be in a secure site such as banks and medical insurance sites and use the links/buttons within the site to access the next site.  I do not receive any specific error message but for banks, when I try to refresh the connection, I will be logged out/disconnected.  On other medical/insurance sites, I can see the web address and the attempt to open, but the link will fail to a blank browser screen.

It is the same result regardless of the browser I use (default Google Chrome, but the same result with Edge, Firefox and others.  Most surprising is that I these same sites and links work with other devices even other HP PCs and HP Chromebook and Android Phone using Chrome browser.  I have uninstalled and re-installed Chrome on the Pavillion several times and still have the problem.  I am convinced the issue is with this Pavillion laptop but am not able to solve the problem.

Please help if you can.   191018 Nameplate Info.jpg
