The message I get on the tablet: gathering information from printer. But it just goes into a loop.

I see that you are facing an issue with printing from your Tablet.

Request you to follow the below steps to fix the issue.

 

Uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the device.

 

Update the printer firmware by clicking on this link and then install the printer software by clicking on the link again.
