Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning.

My HP Windows 10 PC with serial number [Private information removed]does not detect any Wi-Fi networks, but connects to the Ethernet network

In the Device Management screen, the Wi-Fi network card is detected between the hidden devices

In the screen where you should select the Wi-Fi network, I see this:

What do I have to do?

I don´t speak Italian so I don´t know what the message in the black box says, but I would hazard a guess that no wifi network is found. Check the modem provided by your internet provider to see if it can provide wifi capabilities as well as ethernet (not all modems can) and if so, is it turned on? If it is and your Realtech wifi card is working properly you should see a list of available networks  (mine shows more than ten-my own + surrounding neighbors) and a "WiFi" square (in blue if turned on) next to your "airplane mode" square in your little black box. Choose the network your provider has supplied you-you should have some form of documentation, including the network name/number and a password that is necessary to unlock that particular wifi connection. I´m assuming, of course, that your wifi switch is turned on (white, not amber).

If this is the case, just follow the instructions. Hope this helps, good luck.
