HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

PRINTER SETUP,  HAVING TROUBLE WITH PRINTER SIGN ON WIFI.  MY PRINTER MODEL IS HP ENVY 6455e  ALL-IN-ONE .  I GOT AS FAR GET PRINTER LIGHTS CHANGE, WENT TO PURPLE LIGHT TO BLUE LIGHT. THAT AS FAR I GOT.. NOW WHAT DO  I HAVE TO DO TO GET PRINTER WORKING?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you getting any error messages or codes while connecting to the wireless network?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

To prepare your printer for a wireless connection, restart the printer, computer, and router. 

  1. Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds. 

  2. Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer. 

  3. Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from. 

  4. Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer. 

  5. Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds. 

  6. Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off. 

  7. Turn on the computer.
