Pilote wifi RTL8821CE 802.11ac non trouvé, ne peut démarrer

Bonjour,

Ma connexion wifi s'est stoppée brutalement. Message "adaptateur n'est pas en cours d'exécution". ou "Ce périphérique ne peut pas démarrer"

Les outils windows n'arrive pas a réparer le pilote, et la mise à jour indique que le pilote est à jour.

Dans Gestionnaire de périphérique" je vois que la carte réseau est en erreur avec le Code 10. 

J'ai désinstallé la dernière mise à jour Windows 11 (màj sécurité du 17/05).

Cela a résolu le problème.

Hier j'ai mis à jour Windows 11 Famille dans la dernière version.

La connexion Wifi a fonctionné pendant 1 jour, mais depuis ce matin j'ai la même erreur.

Dans l'écran Windows Update" je ne peux plus cliquer sur 'Revenir en arrière' pour à nouveau désinstaller la dernière mise à jour windows.

Quelqu'un peut il m'aider à mettre à jour le pilote Wifi  sachant que je n'ai plus accès à internet depuis l'ordinateur.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to download the driver from another PC, copy it to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your notebook, copy the driver file to your Windows desktop and run the driver.

This is the latest driver HP currently has for the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter:

You can install that after you get the Wi-Fi connected again.

J'ai désinstallé la mise à jour de sécurité Windows KB5058411 et j'ai retrouvé le pilote Wifi. Internet fonctionne a nouveau.

Faut-il que je télécharge et installe le pilote que vous m'avez indiqué ?

La 1ère fois que j'ai eu le problème je crois que c'est la même mise à jour que windows que j'avais désactivé. Comment éviter que cette mise à jour se réinstalle ?

Sur le Support Assistance HP je peux installer la version 5004014.2404.2418
Est ce que celle ci est plus récente que celle que vous me proposé ?

You can run the Hide Windows Update utility that I zipped up and attached below and it should prevent the update from installing.

Unzip and run the utility.

It will run and then find any pending updates from Windows.

Check the box to hide the update you don't want installed.

The utility will run again and report that the problem is 'Fixed.'

Exit out of the utility and you should not have the problem again.

If you ever want the update installed, you can run the utility again and uncheck the box to unhide any updates you checked.

The Bluetooth driver...

It is older than the one the Support Assistant provided.

All you need to do is to look at the file sp number.

The higher the sp number, the newer the driver.

sp155460 is newer than sp154401.
