Ping Difference

Hi,

I newly bought an Hp Omen laptop. I'm having an interessting issue hope anyone can help me. In the ping tests I made with another computer and mobile phone, I get 5 pings to the same server and 46 pings to this computer. I do not use it in a place with heavy internet networks, so there is no possibility of signal weakness. When I try with ethernet cable, the result does not change. I checked updates and there were none. How to fix it?

I play an online game with a friend with the same internet connection, my friend gets 40 pings and I get 80. It's so annoying.

Good luck homie, I've been having this same issue and I've done just about everything to no avail. No ones had any good advice so far but I have lowered my base ping on other networks by trying to fix this one which is nice.
