I cant connect to a wifi connection. My laptop doesnt show the wifi icon. Neither can i see the bluetooth icon. Please help me with the links for both wifi and bluetooth drivers. Thanks

There are 17 Network Drivers for W8.1 here.....

So ...

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB2Z.bat and double click to run.
Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.

the above will give us some idea as to what is installed.

I'm pretty sure that your model has the Ralink wifi/bluetooth adapter.

 

Here are the drivers you need for that model wifi adapter...
