Pls help its urgent laptop

My hp laptop shows fuse blown. Tell me why it happened and the laptop is not being charged aswell. Its only opening when its on charging but it remains 0% while charging too. Pls answer or my parents will kill me

If you did a test of the battery and it shows a burned fuse, this is because the battery needs to be replaced, the battery has a useful life and this depending on the use can be several years or maybe months.

This is a normal thing that happens over time, I don't think it is caused by your use of the notebook.}
