HP 15-db1000 Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Alright I bought a new HP-15-db1000 Laptop, had the option to buy Acer Aspire with more 256 gb more SSD for the same price, but because I'm using HP for + 8 years I decided I will stay with HP.
 A problem I have is with my wireless connection, is not stable at all, every 10 sec I have lag spikes when gaming, youtube works but the load of the video is slow, while when I'm using my old HP Laptop the connection is flawless, no problems at all,(I test my connection for 5 days now on my new and old laptop, the connection is not the problem 100%) tried to update the network driver to newest possible version, didn't work, put my laptop on maximum performance that didnt work aswell, I've read that I need to use older driver network drivers to fix my problem, tried that aswell, didn't help, tried some other stuff from youtube videos to optimize my net, but nothing helps, it's really frustrating, hope that someone will point me to a solution, cause I really, REALLY want this laptop to work.

@Daniel1213 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are facing issues with wifi.

Here's a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others: Click here
I have a few steps to resolve the issue:

  • Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using an Ethernet cable (Wired) and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link

  • Update the bios by visiting this link or through support assistant using an Ethernet cable.

  • Now try to connect to the internet wireless.

The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
