Portatiles HP de ultima generacion no soportan internet a velocidad superior a 100 megas

Tenemos dos portatiles HP uno adquirido en 2018 y otro en 2020 , en fecha reciente nos ampliaron velocidad de internet a 300 megas , y  según el operador de telefonica y el propio soporte de HP ninguno de los dos portatiles soporta en su tarjeta de red ethernet ni por wifi una velocidad superior a 100 megas, no puedo entender que  en HP se  esten vendiendo portatiles (este año o hace dos años ) con esta limitacion y lo peor -que no haya ninguna información  al respecto antes de la compra o en las especificaciones, ; PC,s asus y acer  de mas de 3 años sin problema.

Ademas de publicar la queja solo confirmar que no tengo otra solucion que comprar unos nuevos y de una marca que este al dia en este aspecto , me siento estafado.

Below are the specs for the 15s-eq0026ns.  It does not appear to come with an ethernet adapter, but it does have the Realtek Wi-Fi 5 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5 adapter, which also has a maximum throughput of 867 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz WIFI band with an AC router.

I wouldn't know why your notebooks are not connecting at 300 MBPS, because they certainly have the hardware capability to do it with.

So whoever from HP informed you that your notebooks can only connect at 100 MBPS, is incorrect.
