Hello,

I purchased an HP post-warranty plan for my new refurbished laptop on December 2nd of last year. Today is January 14th and the warranty plan with the updated dates is not showing on my computer. When I try to find it manually on the HP website, it doesn't show either.

Any advice? I have all the info from the purchase.

Thank you!

Thank you for you reply Echo_Lake. Before I posted my question here, I tried the link that you suggested (www.hp.com/contacthp/) to no avail.  Is there an email address?

Trying to follow the Dispute to Validate the Warranty link doesn't work either, as after inputting all the information, there is no link to submit the dispute.  The original warranty expired on January 10th but I purchased  an HP post-warranty plan on December 2nd.

This is the exactly same response you gave me three days ago. As I wrote above, none of these suggestions work. I do not see a link to dispute the warranty as shown on the screenshot that I uploaded before.

Please look at my two previous replies.

Thank you for posting back.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

This is the precisely same reaction you allowed me three days prior. As I composed above, none of these recommendations work. I don't see a connect to question the guarantee as demonstrated on the screen capture that I transferred previously.
