HP Recommended

I have a HP Desk Jet 4100 printer (D56F6B) and a HP Chrombook.  Both are on the same WiFi but the Chrombook sees the printer but won't connect.  The printer and my phone works well.

Ensure your HP DeskJet 4100 printer and Chromebook are both updated to the latest firmware and software versions. If the issue persists, try resetting your printer and reconfiguring the WiFi connection.
