Hi @Sachin2282,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I completely understand how frustrating it must be when your printer isn't showing up on your PC or phone, especially when you just need it to work seamlessly. I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this.
From what you’ve described—your PC not detecting the printer and your phone not seeing the printer's Wi-Fi name—it sounds like they might not be connected to the same network. This can happen if the printer is on a different Wi-Fi band (2.4GHz vs. 5GHz) or if it's struggling to maintain a stable connection.
1. Please check if both the printer and Wifi are connected to the same network.
2. Print a network test page this will let us know if the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi router or not.
Print a Network Configuration Page to find important network settings such as network status and the printer IP address.
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Information button for five seconds to enable support mode.
All buttons on the control panel light up.
Press the Information button and Resume button
simultaneously.
A Network Configuration Page prints.
Do share the network test page also try re-installing the HP Smart App.
Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and check
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
