Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was having no issues printing "forever" until now!  When I send a document to the printer, the printer doesn't "see" it. In other words, it doesn't get put into the queue. I have done the following:

-updated driver

-reconnected to wifi, and rebooted printer

-test printer a page (worked fine)

- reviewed the Network Configuration page and all seemed fine

- asked the "Virtual Assistant" - not really helpful to this issue. 
Any thoughts?  Your help would be so appreciated.  Thank you.
