HP ENVY 4520

The HP rep at Best Buy told me this printer would work with my newly purchased Acer Chomebook. I am unable to get this to work. Any suggestions?

Hello vanncasey,

Yes, it should work.  Here's some of what googling has found.  I don't use Google Chrome, Chromebook, Android OS, etc.

If you do not have the printer setup wirelessly connected to wi-fi  the router/modem, please get back, we can help.  The blue light below the power button should be a solid blue.

This listing is a summary from the next link.  Open the link and see what it does for your problem.  Good luck.

Set Up a Classic Network-Attached Printer

  1. Launch Google Chrome on the computer attached to the same network as the printer. (means wi-fi connected)
  2. Click the Menu button.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Select Show Advanced Settings from the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click the "Sign in to Google Print" button. ...
  6. Tap Add Printer(s) The message will change instantly.
