Product: HP ENVY 114 Printer

I have a HP ENVY 114 Printer that has never been used and was purchased approximately 7 years ago. The serial #[Personal Information Removed]. I downloaded HPSMART APP on my mobile device Apple IPHONE-11. I entered the printer’s claim code that I’ve had from day one it says it’s invalid?  What do I do?  I really don’t think I need to buy a new printer.

I’m not patient enough to sit and wait for an answer. Why isn’t there a phone number to actually talk to someone to help me with my problem. It’s all automated which doesn’t help me as you can tell I’m an elderly person.
