Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

we switched to 5g from cable. the printer worked fine before , but now won't connect to new wi fi. We have a dell lap top. I get mac address filtering enabled / no filtering message

Get into router setup and allocated different names for the 2.4 and 5 band

use the 2.4 for the printer

password can be the same

 

you might optimize the two bands
