Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp 4158e will not connect to network. I've used it 4 times and now it stopped working. I have unplugged it, held the x and bt button, nothing. The Bluetooth light just keeps blinking. I've had my IT look at it as well. They came figure out why it's not printing either.

I don't think it has BT, it is the wifi light, blinking means no connection. Please use the following way to connect it to your home network
