Probook 6470b
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all. I have Probook 6470b and recently installed Windows 10.

I have a Lenovo Bluetooth keyboard connected to the laptop. When the laptop is not in the dock then keyboard works fine, all keys work great, zero lag.

The issue I am experiencing is that when I dock the laptop on the HP docking station then the Bluetooth starts to behave very strange. The keyboard starts to mis-work, key strokes are missed, some keys are like pressed many time, I see great delay etc.

I have tried using different Bluetooth drivers but has not helped. I have also disabled the option Ällow the computer to turn off this device to save power from device management, but has not helped.

Is there any solution to this or I should buy a USB bluetooth adapter to solve the issue?

Thank you

After performing some more testing I found out that the issue is not due to the docking station but due to the distance between the bluetooth keyboard and the laptop. If keyboard is just after the laptop, in a distance no more that 20-30 cm then everything works fine. Above taht distance, all issues start to come up....

I wil ltest tomorrow the keyboard with another laptop to see if it is a keyboard issue.....which I doubt...

Any case, if it is a laptop issue, to be fixed with a driver change?
