I am not able to print and not very techy to explain my problem. I installed my wireless printer above about 10 months ago and it has worked perfectly until this week. It seems to think it isn't connected to wifi, but it is! I'm continually asked to put in a new pin that expires after 2 minutes, but this makes no difference. In the printer queue it initially said 'error' but now it says 'printing' but it doesn't print. It can print the 'printer information report' and the 'new pin' information, therefore it is able to print!  I've no idea how to fix it, can someone advise please? Thanks
