I tried installing intel 9560 wi-fi card but it is not recognized. However I see in the service manual that it is supported for the model, what is the issue? Maybe I should change some settings on BIOS screen, however I do not see any relevant settings there. Did someone try to install this card on this model?

Hi:

That card only works in PC's that it originally came with, because it is a CRF/CNVio card that requires a certain motherboard and processor to work.

If you want to upgrade the wifi card, you would have to use a standard M.2 card such as the Intel 9260 non-vPro or you could even experiment with the better Intel AX200 non-vPro.

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 802.11ax 2 × 2 + Bluetooth 5 (non-vPro)   L35282-002

Yes, I know but the slot has only E key and the manual lists as compatible and thought that the support must be there for CNVio , obviously that is not the case.

I haven't found one person yet on this forum that installed a CNVio wifi card in any notebook that didn't originally come with one, and have it work--and there have been several that have tried.

Everyone wants to get rid of the lousy RTL8822BE or CE wifi card, but you have to swap one of those out with a non-CNVio wifi card.
