Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I bought a bluetooth dongle for my HP Probook 4510s running on Windows 7, when i connect it the dongle get recognized and installed, but i dont seem to know what to do next for me to get the bluetooth icon or be able to do anything with the BT, i checked the Control Panel, i could see the device plugged in named as "CSR8510 A10" i tried a bunch of drivers online even  a Toshiba stack but it keeps asking me to plug in the device even if it's plugged in already. other drivers successfully install but  when the Device Manager refreshes for hardware changes the Dongle gets a yellow error icon on it. Everytime. its freaking annoying, i even update to Windows 8.1 but the same issue.
