My pc can not boost battery when charging pls i need help

Yes.
It displays changing, showing that "Ac" current was plug-in.
Waiting for to increase in it parcentage ( % ), it couldn't.
What should i do pls.?

That is a very "senior" laptop. How old is the battery? Have you replaced it and a replacement battery still does not charge?

You should not give yourself a Solution until the issue is solved. If the laptop will not charge a new battery it is the motherboard.
