Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My USB C 8 in 1 multifunctional Hub is is plugged in but the HDMI for multiple monitors is not detected. I updated all drivers and that did not work. Do I need to download the driver from the manufacture MOKiN?

It only has a hopeless USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-C port; 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported) port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter
