Product: HP Pavilion 15-e051sr Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Windows 10: RT3290 find any wi-fi network, everything works fine.
Windows 7: RT3290 does not work on all driver versions. Device in the system, all drivers installed. No connection are available.

I can't use Windows 10, need a solution for Windows 7.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the last Ralink Wi-Fi driver HP released for that model Wi-Fi adapter:

 

5.0.53.0
