HP-AY011TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hii, I have a hp ay011tx everything was working fine since the past three years, purchased this in 2016, until a month ago when I was using my laptop and watching YouTube with a wifi connection in it and suddenly the video started buffering and wifi icon had a yellow warning signal saying, "Connected but no Internet" and then when I turned off my WiFi and turned it in again it couldn't scan for the available network, tried turning it on and off for a few times, still same problem. After a few minutes I ran the trouble shooter and my it first asked me to check my ethernet cable but since I wasn't using Etherlet, I tapped " continue to check if the problem is solved" after a few seconds of "reseting the wifi adapter and some other things" the troubleshooter showed me two problems, first one " RTL8723BE is facing hardware or driver related issues" and second one "An ethernet cable must not be connected or broken" (something like this), after which I read all the forums and did all that was told in some other websites and YouTube videos, tried every other wifi driver listed on my product's software and driver page on HP site, later someone on a forum had the same  issue and said updating the bios and updating the drivers solved, tried that as well it didn't work, I even tried installing drivers from realtek and Microsoft websites but nothing works  my WiFi icon had disappeared and all I could see is airplane mode in network and connectivity options the WiFi reappears when I restart my pc and keep it on hibernate mode for sometime, it also connects to a network but suddenly drops connection after few minutes and disappears, I am really pissed off at this thing and I am wondering how the hell a lot of people face this problem, one common thing is they all have a HP laptop. Please tell me what to do because I am really really frustrated now.

PS: I don't have an ethernet connection but usb tethering works fine.

And please tell where can i purchase this WiFi card, if it comes to replacing it.

Hi
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

HOW DO I USE DIAGNOSTICS?

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine if the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose hardware failures. HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows comes pre-installed on new HP computers, but if not on yours, download here:- http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp93001-93500/sp93457.exe.

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB.bat (not a .TXT) and double click to run.
Preferably run as an Administrator.
OR copy and use the individual command lines as needed.

Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.
