RTL8822CE disappears from device manager after standby ( Windows 11 )

RTL8822CE adapter disappears after standby, reboot necessary to restore device and wifi connectivity.   Tried latest ( from Dec 24 2021 ??? ) drivers from HP site, also the circa 2019 Microsoft Windows version.   I have researched the issue and tried virtually every "self help" remedy with no resolution.   I kinda do this stuff for a living supposedly, and this is ridiculous that the only happy customers are those that rip out the NIC and replace with an intel one.   The rest, as can be seen by a search of this site, go through endless troubleshooting steps only to just give up.

Is there actually a solution?   Is HP aware this is a mess?

I think the only way you can permanently fix the problem would be to replace that useless model card with this one:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # L35282-005.

This is a peer-to-peer forum. 

We don't work for or represent HP, so we would have no idea if HP is aware of the problem.

Based on the hundreds of complaints their customer service must get regarding the Realtek cards, I would have to think they are aware of the problem and chose to continue using these substandard cards in their notebooks.

Now they have moved on to the Realtek Wi-Fi 6 cards, which seem to be no better.
