Good afternoon, I have been dragging a rather annoying problem on my laptop that I cannot solve. The problem is the following:
Sometimes the computer suddenly reboots, and when it reboots, it does not detect the wifi driver. He searched for countless solutions in forums and on the net, and could not solve it. I comment everything I have observed to make it easier for you to help me. There it goes:
1) These reboots have always been caused with the charger connected, which made me wonder if it could be an over temperature. After analyzing the temperature of the cpu and gpu of the laptop (amd ryzen 5500u with amd radeon graphics) discard this option, since the reboots are caused at low temperatures (45-65º at the most).
2) I have updated all the drivers from the official page of hp, including the BIIOS. Seeing that the problem persisted, I also updated the chipset drivers (not supplied by hp, downloaded from amd). As the problem continued, I also updated the processor drivers now from the amd page, but the problem continues.
3) In between everything, I have reinstalled windows several times to make completely clean installations of drivers from 0, but it still does not solve it.
4) I have rebooted the router, shutdown for minutes and any option I can think of, but nothing.
These reboots are very spontaneous, they can even happen every 10 days, or twice on the same day. Therefore, it is difficult that if you provide me with possible solutions, I can verify if the problem continues or not. I Thanks in advance.
