Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I'm beyond frustrated with it. I loved my laptop for so long but I cannot stand having this issue with the keyboard.

As I Understand the Bluetooth keyboard isn't charging,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

when was the last time it worked, have you attempted a system restore?

Did you try with an alternate keyboard?

The last time it work without any issues at all was around December or January.  Then I noticed that the backlight on tge keyboard would never stay on. I've been able to use it since then, I've just had to deal with the inconvenience and annoyance of waiting on it to reconnect every five to ten minutes or more. But last week is when it stopped connecting all together, so now I can only use my laptop in tablet mode.  

 

I am unsure how to do a system restore, but I am willing to give anything a shot at this point if you can tell me how!

 

I have not ever tried to connect to another keyboard, mostly because I don't have the money to buy another one that fits my laptop.

 

I have provided any information I could find regarding this laptop.

And don't worry, as we should be able to fix this up with a few more steps and I'll be with you until we ensure this issue is fixed.

The system recovery did not affect the function of my keyboard.  Do you have any other ideas?
